I'm facing with strange issue with some maintenance order... The users have created some maintenance order, done material reservation and released these order... After that they are trying change these materials reservation and then when they go until the reservation they can see the material with status "item is deleted".
However no changes was done these reservation. The components items is maintaned with gray scale.

We have a requirement where we need to change the Planned Dates after IP30 is run. For Example
The Scheduling Parameters are not being used except for Scheduling Period (This will be always=maximum package length appearing in the plan) and Start of Cycle. The Strategy is Time Based with unit DAY and the hierarchy is maintained for each package.
We don't want to use Scheduling Indicator Time-Key Date due to some dynamic business requirements.

I have created Multiple Counter Plans using IP43 for my client and message "Maintenance Plan XX Created" appeared. However i have ended up with following message.
"Express document "Update was terminated" received from author "sankan" (Refer attached - Error msg)
Than i check SM13
it had error MAINTENANCE_PLAN_POST in line (Refer attached- SM13 & MAINTENANCE_PLAN_POST)
I have check the number range. its NR status was 60 though created maintenance plan numbers were 50,54,55,..etc
Last saved maintenance plan number in system is 15.
Appreciate if you could help to solve the issue.

I am working in SAP PM module now.Earlier I have worked in mainetance dept. around 10 yrs in different manufacturing
industry .Now having worked in SAP PM module, I find that requirement & demand is less .Every 5/6 months I need to change
my working place as company use to send other project once one is finished since there is no requirement from client.
I am now planning to learn some other module which will be having good demand in nearby future so that I can work in
one place for long time. Is it good for me to learn module such as EWM, MM etc.Please suggest .

I came across this program in my ECC6-EHP5 system: MPLAN_TEST_COPY_AND_SCHEDULE which you can run via SE38 or SA38.
This program copies an existing maintenance plan including the IP10 scheduling..
Has anyone used this before?

All of you aware that basic start and finish dates have been derived from the priority of the work order,however in the change mode of the work order,while trying to chage the Priority,then immediatly Basic start and finish dates should be change,but in my case its not happening.
could you please suggest me how to acheive this requirement,can we do it in standard way.

My client requirement is to have Event based Preventive Maintenance i.e
they are giving cycle duration as 3 years (eg) for Shutdown related planned maintenance but actual shutdown may occur before that 3 years or after 3 years but here for 3 years system should not generate Shutdown order but only when actual Shutdown is planned at that time only they want to execute these orders.
Here I have suggested to filter the scheduled Maintenance plans related to Shutdown and change the dates to actual execution dates of Shutdown Maintenance but they dont want to have manual intervention rather they want to have automatically done by the system..
How it can be done automatically by the system?

Am trying to implement shift sequence in my company.There are three shifts currently running and between the shifts are divided into two, managers and the subordinate staff.Managers go on a 3day shift with 4 shifts one being on standby while the suborditates go on a 7 days shift rolling both of which work on the same work center.Am having challenges to do the configuration as i have no prior source of reference on how to implement such a scenario

In the IW22/23 notification screen, the Turkish characters in the long text are displayed wrong, like in the picture.
The Sap GUI setting fonts are Turkish.
We are having this problem after the ECC EHP7 upgrade.
What can be done to resolve this issue?

I am facing a requirement to prevent the WCD from being set to "Completed" (CLSD) system status if there are items on the WCD that are still in "Untagged Temporarily" (ETUG) status.
As per the Operational Cycle process described here,the the EUG status should follow the ETUG status in the flow. My understanding of this business process is that you want to set the technical object of the WCI in a final operating condition status after it's been test-ran and untagged, so that it is apparent it is running operationally, and you can't switch the operating condition status once the WCD is complete. Therefore, I would expect the flow to be: ETG -> BTUG -> ETUG -> EUG -> CLSD
I seem to remember from a previous project, but am uncertain: Is there a setting in the configuration, or an authorization object that controls wheter the CLSD status can be set with the WCIs in status ETUG, or in EUG only? Is that standard behaviour? Can we prevent the ECD from being closed from ETUG status in any other way that using a BADI?

Kindly suggest how to populate task list included in maintenance plan (for notifications only) into the tasks tab included in resultant notificaton. I have tried ''Determine Tasks Function'' but it does not meet our requirements.

We are using the system which running from USA the system time is US time. As i am creating the order it is getting creating with US time but not with indian time. And in my id in default tab i maintained India time Zone only. But still why system is behaving like that. Is there any other settings need to be done.

While creating work order from the Notification,the Basic start and finish dates of the Notification should getting copied over per priority in the Work order ,however i already configured work order and notification integration.
Explanation: While Creating Notification i have selected Priority and based on config settings these Basic start and finsh dates are comming, up to this its fine,while trying to change the priority,then also i am getting updated basic start and finish dates,is there any way that these dates should reflect in the Work order as well,
NOTE : i have used User exit (IWO00012) to update the Basic start and finish dates in Work order already and its working fine when work order is concerned,however while creating Work order from the Notification this is not working (ie : changes in the priorty of the notification not reflecting in the Work order though i made Work order and notification integration)
Could you please light up some way to address this issue.

I have 2 problems with the scheduling of maintenance plans:
1. when I run IP10 it generates also order in the past.
how can I avoid order in the past?
my setting is:
2) my second problem is: if I set a plan with status inactive, and I schedule it, THe date of the plan are skipped , this is ok. But when i put the status as ACTIVE AGAIN, for example after one year and I execute scheduling, I have the orders of all the past year!! How can avoid it?
