IP42(Maintenance Plan) Recording Error

Hi Friends

While recording IP42 T.code(Maintenance plan strategy) through LSMW and SHDB i am unable to assign Task list and its getting error of "No

packages have been assigned to the maintenance item

and where as the same T.code with same data i executed with out recording(LSMW&SHDB) i am able to assign Task list.

Could you please give inputs and its very critical.
