Mandatory fields while doing confirmation in IW42 & IW44

Dear Gurus,

Does anyone have idea, how to make Mandatory for these two fields in Transaction Code : IW42  & IW44 for Actual Work (AFRUD-ISMNW_2)  & Personnel number (AFRUD-PERNR). I did the Mandatory settings for these two fields (Completion Confirmation - Set field selection for completion confirmation - PM:
Confirmation - list and detail ), however it is showing Mandatory in IW41 Transaction Code. Is there any separate way (though exit or other way) to make those two fields Mandatory for Transaction Code IW42 & IW44.
