Problem in IP30 call schedule program

Hi Experts,

I have a maintenance plan with measuring counter..

As per attached screen, the call number 9 has been completed on 02.01.2013. Call number 10 has been generated on 14.03.2013 (Today), eventhough the maintenance plan has been scheduled in daily job (IP30).

Why the call number has not generated till yesterday.. What was stopping the call generation?

Please suggest.
