I did check all the link related to this topic but couldnt find the solution . Hope i could get some solution soon . Normal scenario in which the customer calls in and the call agent creates service notification in IW51 and save the document . Later on while running the report IW59 close to 32 notifications are missing . But after the user creates the notification , does not check in IW52 cause frequencies of the call flow is high . Can anyone provide some solution for this . Its not a case of Number Buffering .
Kindly provide me a solution for this problem.
