is it possible to make the schedule based on month specific

Dear Pm Guru's

One of the my client have the scheduling of all preventive maintenance plans are based on month specific. In general all the plans are based on Date specific, but now in EHP6 on wards its available day base also. But my client asking me schedule should be trigger based on "Month Specific". please guide me how we can map this one.
