Our customer has a mobile solution which can only handle one workorder at a time. When follow-up work is requierd a new order is required connected to the same notification. This is required to follow the repair trail. A sub-order is not possible again due to the mobile solution. I have seen many times the same question and as i know standard SAP does not allow such a process. Is there not anyone who tried to bent this process and succeeded in getting this process running. If so i am interested to learn how. Who like to share his solution. Thanks
