IW72/IW38 Printing issue

Hi,

When we print Orders through IW38/IW72, the shop papers printed are not in sequence of the Order number.

We have four shop papers Y001, Y002, Y003, and Y004 as default for the Order type set in configuration.

For example, if we print for Order numbers 500000, 500001, 500002, 500003, 500004, 500005, 500006, 500007, 500008, 500009, 500010, ------- etc. for the shop papers Y001, Y002, Y003, and Y004 which was set as default,

We receive the output of prints of shop paper not in sequential of Order list, it gets mixed. Out put as follows,

1. 500000 - Y001 Shop paper,
2. 500000 - Y002 Shop paper,
3. 500001 - Y001 Shop paper,
4. 500000 - Y003 Shop paper,
5. 500002 - Y001 Shop paper,
6. 500003 - Y001 Shop paper, and going on in a mixed manner of the Order number.

The print out is not in sequence of Order numbers,

We need the output as,

1. 500000 - Y001 Shop paper,
2. 500000 - Y002 Shop paper,
3. 500000 - Y003 Shop paper,
4. 500000 - Y004 Shop paper,
5. 500001 - Y001 Shop paper,
6. 500001 - Y002 Shop paper,
7. 500001 - Y003 Shop paper,
8. 500001 - Y004 Shop paper, ----- and going on with sequence of next Order numbers.

The Print out put should be in sequence of Order numbers.

Is this possible, Kindly advice.
