Please forgive my lack of knowledge on this subject. I have very little experience in the PM world and am facing an issue that I need some help on.
I will try and explain what I know so far. Has anyone seen this before? Have any tips on how to resolve?
The normal resource that maintains/creates the weekly PM orders was on vacation last week. Their backup created last weeks "weekly" orders but created them with a Revision of "WEEK 32". "WEEK 32" is actually for 2012, starting 8/6/12.
This week our maintenance coordinator is seeing many extra orders. Or in some cases an order that should have been created for weekly work is missing entirely. When I look at the maintenance plans I see that there are open schedule/calls now on some of these plans going all the way back each week to 8/6/12.
You'll also notice that this weeks plan call number 123 is set as complete but with a completion date of 8/6/12.
Other maintenance plans don't have all the extra call numbers but also show this weeks call number as complete with a date of 8/6/12.
Any help or insight is appreciated.
