CM25 operation appearing twice

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue that in CM25 some of the operations are appearing twice for same order and therefore operation planned hours are appearing as double.

It is random for few orders.

I have checked the work center settings. The same work center is being used in many other orders as well.

Any help is appreciated.

Our current system is ECC6.0 EHP6
