How to link work center available capacity with actual absence of workers

Hi ,

I created a work center and assigned capcity like 2 nos people 8 hrs each . Now available capacity is 16. I have mapped people (2nos). Now one applied leave . If we go to cm24, I get 0 available capacity against person whose leave was approved. However the available capcity at workcenter is still 16. How to link available capacity at work center with employee absence ?
