Release approval strategy for Preventive Maintenance Plan

Dear friends,

I would like to know the possibility for below requirement.

1.  When create PM Plan using IP01 transaction, it need to generate a release strategy and goes to Manager for approval via work flow and then the PM Plan can be schedule via IP10 transaction. If not approved, this new generated PM Plan will not trigger any Maintenance Order.

2.  Any change in the existing PM Plan, will trigger the same as above.

Support reply will be highly appreciated.

ANY OTHER SOLUTION TO SUPPORT ABOVE REQUIREMENT ?
