We are using mobile solutions.
The time confirmation is posted by engineers from the mobile device at customer site.
We have observed that if an order is already confirmed and having a status TECO CNF, still if engineer tries to post the confirmation through mobile device, system accepts it and posts the confirmation.
If we manually check through IW41, system does not allow to post the confirmation and gives error as "Order & is already confirmed".
We are using function module "ALM_ME_TIME_CONF_CREATE_2" to post the time confirmation via a web service.
This function module in turn is using function module - " CO_RI_TIMETICKETCONF_CREATE" to post the confirmation.
I tried looking for some SAP note but could not find any.
It seems to be a program error.
Would request you to please help at the earliest.
