2 fields for estimated cost in IW49 transaction

Hi Team,

We could see that there are 2 fields on Estimated costs available in IW49 transaction. Cost for 1 field flows from the estimated costs provided in the work order IW31. Could you please guide on the cost that gets populated on the other estimated cost field. Appreciate your help. Also attached is the screenshot depicting the 2 fields of estimated costs:
