Adding Sub equipments to Order

Dear Experts,

The requirement is to add Sub equipments to the Main equipment order. Also Components and Operations should be planned individually in the same order. Similarly confirmations will also be done collectively. But when reports(like cost analysis, downtime analysis etc.) are generated, drill down should be displayed till sub equipment level.

How can this be achieved? Need your valuable suggestion.
