SAP PM : Object list tab

Hi ,

Can any one guide.

why data  entered in Object list tab, after release of Maintenance order, is not getting updated when saved ?

Below Setting maintained already.

Define Notification and Order Integration.' In the configuration, 'Assignment of Operations to All Object List Entries Active'

Before release it working fine and data is saved in object list.
