I would like to inform if there is an option for automaticly print documents (that are attached to a maintenance order / maintenance plan) when the order is printed.
The current situation is as follow: When a maintenance order is printed we manually search in our database for the (word)document that contains the operations and we print this document. I would like to know if we could connect these documents to the maintenance order/ item or plan so that they don't have to be seperatly printed.
The reason that the operations are not part of the maintenance item self is that a mechanic has to check every executed operation (in the field) in a check box. When the job is completed the mechanic scans the "checked" operations list /document and attachs this file to the workorder, so the executed work can be justified (for an auditor for example). Is it possible to add a checking box (or something simular) for the "to execute operations" in the task list of a maintenance item so mechanics don't have scan their "checked' executed operations anymore but can directly justify this in the workorder in SAP.
