There is an order who's confirmation are pointing in all direction.
Lets say if we select the operation 0001 and select Act. data and then double click on the confirmation which will take you to IW43 then it is showing confirmations for operation 0002 not 0001.
Do the same with operation 0002 then it will showing you 0002 confirmation which is correct but if you select confirmation list button in front of confirmation then it is showing confirmation for operation 0001 instead of 0002 and the confirmation data is same for operation 0001 and 0002.
We found this order on IW46 where one confirmation is stuck when we try to post the confirmation then we getting " Express document "Update was terminated" received from author "user name"" in the inbox I can see the error Info: Internal session terminated with a runtime error DSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR.
We have tried SAP note 1640636 Confirmation counter: Correction Programs and they did not work for us.
