how to see Floc structure along with Manufacturing No when assigned to Work order

Hi Friends,

When i execute IH01 t.code am getting Material BOM components along with Manufacturing Number's in the functional Location structure list  however the same Function Location when i assigned to Work order i was unable to see manufacturing Part No's of the material from the structure list.could you tell me is there any configration needs to maintain to avoid this kind of descripency.

or it a pretty standard behaviour.
