SAP MRS integration with EAM using HR Work Center

Hi,

I am working on a MRS implementaion project and am at the stage to understand the linkage of Logistics Work Center with HRMS. I understand that there are two ways of linking to HR i.e. using Organization Unit defined in HR or using HR work Center. My question is around usage of HR work Center.

I came to know that MRS uses Organization Unit, by default, to find the resource and then assign & schedule them. What if we use HR work center instead of HR org unit? Will there be a standard configuration to use this or do we need to do some enhancements? What kind of enhancements we will need?

Can anyone please help me understand this?
