Hello,
we are currently using only a few outline agreements in the maintenance plan in order to cover external operations processing. Information from purchasing department is, that the validity will be restricted to 1 year for new contracts. New vendors and cheaper prices could pop-up in and there will be more competition among our vendors, at least this is expected from the purchasing organization.
This means that on a regular basis we have to update the number and item of the outline agreement in many maintenance plans / functional location task lists.
Is there any way to do this per mass functionality without creating a Z-report? Is the process probably not correct and there is a better way to do it with contracts and maintenance plans involved?
I already searched various forums and SAP help, but did not find anything for this issue. Any help and input is highly appreciated.
