I want to ask some question about budget checking in PM order using WBS.
in this below scenario , I have wrong calculation with budget checking in PM order.
please somebody help me with the correct answer.
the scenario is :
1. Create WBS 0 budget with tolerance 10 %(WBS status CRTD)
2. Create PM Order with planning cost value : 500 EUR ,assign WBS 0 budget to this order (Order status CRTD)
3. Create Supplement Budget to WBS with value : 1000 EUR.
4. Set WBS status to REL and AVAC.
5. Release PM Order (PM order status REL).
6. The goal is order can't be saved or showing error message when budget exceeded more than 1100 EUR. CMIIW
7. Change PM Order with planning cost 1100 EUR, still can be saved
8. Change PM Order with planning cost 1400 EUR, still can be saved
9. Change PM Order with planning cost 1500 EUR, still can be saved with warning budget completely consumed
10. Change PM Order with planning cost 1600 EUR, still can be saved with warning exceeded 100 EUR
Somehow, budget checking is adding planning cost and budget origin with tolerance to become one new value budget checking threshold.
is this normal? or is there some config that i miss ?
