Main. order has not been generated even the counter value reached

Hi Experts.

I have a maintenance plan which is linked with measuring counter.

Cycles/ Unit = 40000 EA

Measuring counter details:

Annual estimate  = 80000 EA

Current reading  = 41706 EA

The issue is that, the counter value has been reached more than cycle/unit, but no maintenance order has been generated.

This plan in included in IP30 scheduling.

But , the next call date displayed as 07.09.2013.. Why the maintenance order is not generated even after the counter has reahced its value.

Or system will generate the next call on 07.09.2013 irrespective of counter value...

Please clarify.
