CRM to ECC Quality notification

Hi,

Am able to replicate Quality notification from CRM to ECC.

Can view and create Tasks in ECC (QM10).

Please give me some information about

1. what is the use of quality notification ?

2. Can we create it as a reminder to responsible person ?

3. What is the steps to follow in ECC to complete the QN ?

4. What are the Tasks can be done from QN?

5. How the business is benifited with QN?
