skip ip10 in the past

I all,

I have 2 problems with the scheduling of maintenance plans:

1. when I run IP10 it generates also order in the past.

how can I avoid order in the past?

my setting is:

2) my second problem is: if I set a plan with status inactive, and I schedule it, THe date of the plan are skipped , this is ok. But when i put the status as ACTIVE AGAIN, for example after one year and I execute scheduling, I have the orders of all the past year!! How can avoid it?
