Auth. Object for IE02 to dismantle/install only

Hi experts

we have to assign authorisations to our power user id:

1. to change Functional Location/Superordinate Equipment with Dismantle/Install date/time only,

2. should not be able to edit any other fields like description, location cost center etc i.e. partial auth. of IE02.

please suggest some way/auth. object to create a role with this t-code.
