Booked excess qty in the service entry sheet

Dear Experts,

In my plant user is creating service entry sheet and problem is he has entered excess quantity

as such we don't require that much.

so what is the necessary action for this issue???

or he is asking to close the service entry sheet so that he can create new one.

If that is the solution please tell me how to cancel service entry sheet.
