HI Experts,
Need help on maintenance of multiple similar equipment e.g. similar Pumps in 100s of qty. Requirement is to trigger the periodic Preventive maintenance of such pumps at a time. I've already-
a) Created the periodic strategy with 1M,3M and 12M period.
b) Created a General maintenance Task list (without referencing any technical object) and assigned the strategy created in previous step to this task list.
c) Created a maintenance item and assigned all such pumps (maintained as equipment) to Object list into it.
d) Created a strategy plan (IP42) and assigned this created Maint. item to this plan.
e) Performed Deadline monitoring and then scheduling (IP10) and created a common order for all define Equipment.
f) Under order, all equipment can be seen under object tab.
Now the issue is
1. While saving , this asks for the settlement receiver. my question is which settlement receiver need to be assign here, in case if multiple equipment belong to different Main work center (having different cost centers).
2. Under planned cost of order, still it's showing the planned cost for only one pump only (instead of all pumps defined under attached maintenance item), basis the activity rates defined and total operations defined. How system will capture or take care the cost for all the pumps as into confirmation tab, nowhere system proposes the Qty of pumps need to be confirmed. So how system will capture the cost of all, instead of only one.
Please help me if I'm missing something ..
