Hi,
The number of characters that I can enter in the field under reason codes is limited. It is not possible to copy e.g. en email there.
There is the possibility to load a file. But if I load a txt document, when I export the EA logs, it shows again only the first few characters of the email / it shows only the limited number of characters.
The exported file is for BC; it is a proof that the super user access use was justified.
Do you know how I can change the setup of this field to be able to copy / add here longer text, and export it later?
