Material document without accounting document in IFCU

Good afternoon to all

I'm new to fleet management solution (fuel consumption), would like to know the following: Is it normal to supply the fuel in tcode IFCU system and generate a material document without generating ACCOUNTING document? How can I see where was the cost of consumption of the material that gave exit in tcode IFCU?
